US Self-Regulatory Organisations

The US Federal agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Government Accountability Office, are required under the Dodd-Frank Act to produce feasability studies on establishing self-regulatory organisations to regulate or oversee investment advisers registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
