AIMA

AIMA’s Markets Regulation team has responsibility for issues which concern the operation of, and trading on, the global financial markets on which hedge fund managers are active. We cover, therefore, a wide range of matters including short selling, derivatives reforms, cross border resolution, market abuse, secondary markets transparency and capital requirements for financial institutions.

The Markets Regulation team is headed by Matthew Jones and consists of Ollie Robinson (Regulatory Intern). The team reports to Jiri Krol as Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs at AIMA.
