Hong Kong

Hong Kong is not a member of the G20 and, accordingly, has no obligation to implement the G20 commitments on clearing, reporting and exchange trading of sufficiently standardised OTC derivative contracts. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), however, is currently in the process of adopting its own regulatory regime for the Hong Kong OTC derivatives market which is in line with the G20 principles.
