AIMA invites you to join our speakers from Clifford Chance who will be sharing on the impact of Europe's MiFID2 reforms in January 2018 and the steps that institutions need to be taking to prepare for implementation.
MiFID2 will fundamentally change both trading in the financial markets (whether with EU counterparties or on EU venues) as well as how products are distributed in the EU and how research and execution services are provided by APAC institutions to EU managers. There will also be some key changes to how cross-border access to the EU single market is offered to APAC institutions.
The Clifford Chance partners will discuss the key impacts and the practical priorities which hedge fund managers based in Singapore and ASEAN should focus on in their implementation plans.
