Nathan Greene is a partner in the Investment Funds Group and head of the firm’s registered funds and investment adviser regulatory group, with extensive experience advising on the regulatory aspects of fund and investment advisory operations.  His practice includes the formation and representation of US and foreign investment companies, sponsors, advisers and directors, including SEC registration, exemptions, inspections and investigations; fund formation, distribution and marketing; fund board and governance matters; compliance manuals and testing; and corporate transactions involving asset management businesses.
