AIMA, together with Dechert LLP, invite you to join us on the afternoon of 13 July to mark the launch of AIMA’s MiFID2 Best Execution Guide for Investment Managers, which has been developed through AIMA’s MiFID2 Best Execution Working Group.

The AIMA MiFID2 Best Execution Guide provides an overview of the heightened best execution obligation under MiFID2, including the renewed emphasis on monitoring of best execution, the expanded disclosures to clients, and the new obligations to publish annual reports on top five venues and/or brokers.

As well as presenting the AIMA MiFID2 Best Execution Guide, the launch event will feature a panel discussion bringing together a line-up of industry experts from the buy-side who will share their perspective of implementation of the MiFID2 best execution requirements. The panel will also discuss their views on the opportunities and challenges presented by the additional information that will become available under MiFID2, and consider how trading might change in the face of MiFID2.
