In March 2017, the Monetary Authority of Singapore announced a public consultation on a new legal entity form – Singapore Variable Capital Company (S-VACC) which is in some aspects similar to the Luxembourg SICAV, the UK Open-Ended Investment Companies and the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle (ICAV). The S-VACC is envisaged to be a game changer that will make Singapore the next on-shore fund domicile of choice. AIMA members are warmly invited to join the webinar to learn more on S-VACCs.

- A brief introduction of S-VACCs and its key features (PwC)
- Legal implications of S-VACC to your business (Drew & Napier LLC)
- A high level comparative analysis of S-VACC to its peers in other fund centres (PwC)
- A suggested tax regime for the S-VACC (PwC)
