AIMA has published the third iteration of its Guide to Sound Practice for the Periodic Assessment and Selection of an Administrator. The guide has been updated to reflect numerous industry developments in areas such as changes to standards for cyber security, recordkeeping, anti-money laundering checks, etc., as well as new requirements imposed on funds and investment managers by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
