Investec finances acquisition of industrial chemical firm

Investec Growth & Acquisition Finance provided debt capital to facilitate the acquisition of German-based chemicals provider SAFECHEM Europe by private equity sponsor CBPE Capital. Investec provided €20 million of senior secured debt as part of the financing and a €2 million revolving credit facility to support the further growth of the to-be-acquired company.
