Mark Voumard, Founder & CEO, Gordian Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Mark who is registered with MAS, SEC and ASIC has almost four decades of financial industry experience, based in Asia. At Gordian Capital, he has, since 2005, structured and launched over 100 funds (hedge, absolute return, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and private credit) across multiple jurisdictions and structures, including more recently a number of VCC’s. Mark is a Member of AICD, IBA, AIMA, SVCA, and AVPN and serves on the International Advisory Board of the IFOA.
Kurt Eldridge, Regional Director, Broadridge
Kurt Eldridge is the head of sales for Asia Pacific at Broadridge, based in Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience in senior client facing roles in the financial industry across Asia Pacific and North America, most recently as EVP global sales director at SmartStream Technologies. Kurt is responsible for driving growth across the region by helping clients to reduce the complexity of their operations.
Adam Fiore, Chief Operating Officer, Flowering Tree Investment Management Pte. Ltd.
Adam has been Chief Operating Officer for FTIM, an MAS licenced and SEC registered fund manager, since the Firm’s founding in 2008. At FTIM he is responsible for running the Firm’s non-investment businesses, including operations, trading, marketing and legal/compliance/risk. Previously he was at Apex Capital (based in the San Francisco Bay Area) for approximately 6 years, where he had broad operations, risk management and investor relations responsibilities, as well as serving as general counsel/CCO. Earlier, Adam was a securities lawyer in New York and London for approximately 7 years, latterly managing complex multi-jurisdictional offerings. Adam received his J.D. from NYU.
Krista Murphy, Chief Operating Officer, International & Head of Singapore, Point72 Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Krista Murphy is the Chief Operating Officer for Point72’s International businesses, and the Head of Point72’s Singapore Office. She is responsible for managing many of the investment services support functions in the Firm’s APAC and European offices. Ms. Murphy was previously the Controller at Marakon Associates in New York City. She began her career in Finance at IBM. Ms. Murphy earned a B.S. in Accounting and Master of Science in Management from Purdue University.
Hazel Yeo, Director, Operational Due Diligence, Springs Capital Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd
Hazel joined Springs Capital in 2015 and has 15 years of risk-related experience in the financial services industry, with particular focus on asset management. Prior to Springs, Hazel was responsible for operational due diligence on hedge funds in Asia for the Singapore office of Hermes Investment Management. Hazel started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours. She is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Ross Crawford, General Counsel, Asia, Millennium Capital Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd
Ross is currently General Counsel Asia for Millennium Management, advising on Millennium’s trading, operations and activities in the Asia Pacific region. He has over 20 years’ experience advising in the financial services industry. He has specific expertise and experience in advising on derivatives and capital markets, complex regulatory investigations, corporate restructuring and litigation. Prior to joining Millennium Ross was the General Counsel Asia Pacific for RBS plc and was a board Director of several of RBS’s banking subsidiaries in the region.
Sin Yee Koh, Director, Compliance Consulting, Duff & Phelps
Sin Yee heads Duff & Phelps’ Compliance & Regulatory Consulting business in Singapore. She assists financial institutions on licensing and registration with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and thereafter provides ongoing compliance advice. Before Duff & Phelps Sin Yee worked for 7 years at the MAS and practised financial services litigation at law firms in Singapore, Hong Kong and London. She is admitted to practice law in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and in New York state.
Jason Eng, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Dymon Asia Capital
Jason Eng joined Dymon Asia in 2011 and is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Dymon Group and has over 16 years of legal and regulatory experience in asset management as an in-house counsel and attorney. Mr. Eng is a member of the AIMA Singapore Regulatory Committee and the SVCA Advocacy Committee. He has been named to the inaugural and current Legal 500 leading GC and legal team lists for Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
Natalie Curtis, Partner, Herbert Smith Freehills LLP
Natalie is a financial services regulatory partner, focusing on Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. Natalie has extensive experience advising clients on regulatory, compliance and fintech-related advisory matters and investigations (internal and regulatory), including in relation to banking, securities and fund management regulation and licensing, AML/CFT regulation and enforcement, cybersecurity, senior management accountability, financial services and fintech M&A, digital asset trading platforms, cross-border marketing, investor classification, conflicts of interest, market misconduct, and the impact of regulatory change such as (L)IBOR transition.
Anne Yeo-Leong Wuan Ying, Co-Head & Partner, Funds & Investment Management Practice Group, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP
Anne is the Co-Head and Partner of the investment funds practice group at Rajah & Tann. Her practice covers the formation and restructuring of a wide range of onshore and offshore private investment funds covering private equity, venture capital, hedge and other pooled private investment funds. Anne regularly advises fund management groups covering a broad of business models in the preparation of regulatory submissions, regulatory and licensing matters, securities offering and ongoing business conduct matters.

Alex heads Castle Hall’s business in Australia and lead’s the firm’s activities in the broader Asia Pacific region. Alex has almost 20 years’ experience in the investment management industry and prior to that worked in a leading London law firm. Alex is a qualified Solicitor and a Barrister in England & Wales having completed the Bar at the College of Law in London. Alex is also an executive committee member of AIMA’s Australian chapter and a member of AIMA’s ESG Global Working Group.
Sarah Lane, Partner & People Advisory Services - Asia Pacific Mobility Leader, EY
Sarah relocated to Singapore in 2014 from Australia, having also worked in London and New York earlier in her career. She has 28 years of experience in global mobility, international assignment HR policy and taxation services. As the Asia Pacific Mobility leader, she leads a team of a thousand people across the region and is responsible to ensure the highest quality of mobility services to clients.
Wee Ai Ning, Group Chief Investment Officer, Great Eastern Holdings
Ms Wee Ai Ning is Group Chief Investment Officer of Great Eastern Life Assurance and a board director of its subsidiary companies. She oversees Great Eastern Group’s investments in public and private market asset classes globally, with a focus on investing in Asia. Before joining Great Eastern in 2017, she was Chief Executive Officer and portfolio manager at Tudor Capital Singapore. She spent most of her career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). She joined the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a central banking officer upon graduation from Monash University, Australia. Michael Gagie, Managing Partner, Maples Group
Michael joined the Maples Group in 2010. He was previously head of the Hong Kong office of an offshore law firm, having relocated to Asia from the British Virgin Islands in 2006. Prior to this, Michael worked for Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Simmons & Simmons in London. Michael also completed secondments at the London Stock Exchange, and as in-house counsel with Shell International Limited. Martin O’Regan, Managing Director, Solas Fiduciary Services
Martin O’Regan is managing director of Solas Fiduciary Services, providing truly independent directorship service, based in and privately owned in Asia. With 20 years of experience in audit, Fintech, fund administration and alternative investment vehicles, O’Regan has held senior roles for Deutsche, Citi, Apex and UBS at Bermuda, Dubai, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. Martin is licensed as a director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), He is also vice Chairman of the Singapore Fund Administrators Association (SFAA), a non-profit organisation.

Ashmita Chhabra oversees the business development strategy for Apex in Asia Pacific and works closely with the 5 offices in the region. Prior to joining Apex in 2015, Ashmita spent ten years building the business at Eurekahedge, a subsidiary of Mizuho Bank. Philippa Allen, CEO and Founder of ComplianceAsia, has over 30 years’ extensive business and regulation experience in Asia. Prior to co-founding ComplianceAsia, Philippa was the Head of Compliance, APAC for Dresdner Bank and GT Asset Management (LGT Asset Management). She was one of the drafters of the Fund Manager Code of Conduct in Hong Kong and has been involved in a number of submissions to regulators and lobbying efforts with financial industry bodies.
