AIMA warmly invites you to our upcoming APAC Fund Directors roundtable on 16 October. The objective of this group is to bring together fund directors in the AIMA community who are active in the APAC region.

 

This roundtable is open to fund directors only and the topics of the discussion will be set by attendees. As there is no set topic, it is intended that attendees are free to discuss issues/problems in an open and confidential environment. Attendees will determine the agenda by advising of their topic suggestions when registering. At our previous meetings, the group covered some of the following topics, among others:

• Regional updates:
  • Fund launch environment in Asia
  • Impact of T+1 to hedge fund managers in Asia
• Global updates:
  • Cayman regulatory updates
  • Discussion on cyber insurance for funds / managers
  • What are the key governance themes and changes that directors are particularly focussed on at the moment?
  • CIMA fund corporate governance update
