AIMA’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group was formed in 2018 to direct AIMA’s work on promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the alternative investment management industry.

 

The Group aims to publish a paper highlighting the importance of D&I to the industry, how hedge fund firms have increased D&I of their workforces, and identify industry role models.

 

We would like to invite you, or a suitable representative from your firm to participate in an APAC roundtable to learn more about what you would like to see in such a paper and any D&I concerns you might have.

 

The roundtable will be held simultaneously across 3 countries (physical location available for Singapore and Hong Kong - participants will be connected by video conference). If you are unable to attend the roundtable in person but would still like to participate, a dial-in number will also be available.
