2019 is shaping up to be another big year for regulatory changes and compliance wise for fund managers.  At this session we will provide an update on:
  • ASIC’s proposed amendments to RG97 following on from Darren McShane’s Report;
  • the proposed CCIV Regime;
  • ASIC’s proposal to include a modified AFS Licence for Foreign Financial Service providers;
  • Implications of the Banking Royal Commission final report for fund managers.
This session will be held under the Chatham House rule on March 13th, from 8:15am till 9:30am.
