During Q1 2019, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) conducted a market consultation on the Administrative Measures and the Implementing Provisions of Domestic Securities and Futures Investment by the QFII and RQFII investors. Proposed changes announced to broaden the investment scope of offshore investors including more types of futures and options, margin trading and securities borrowing and lending, Private Investment Fund, NEEQ-listed stocks and Repo.

The afternoon session will discuss on China's latest changes, how the China market is opening up and the implications to offshore institutional investors.
