AIMA invites you to attend a panel event and networking drinks to mark the Hong Kong launch of the ‘AIMA FMCC Implementation Guide’, sponsored by Clifford Chance.

The SFC's Fund Manager Code of Conduct (FMCC), part of SFC's intention to strengthen Hong Kong's regulatory regime, enters into effect on 17 November 2018. It requires fund managers to put in place a system of policies, controls and disclosures.

In this session, our panel of expert speakers from the AIMA FMCC Working Group and others will discuss the key points to consider in connection with the FMCC and provide practical tips to facilitate compliance for Hong Kong alternative investment managers. The session will be followed by networking drinks.
