AIMA Asset Management and Sound Practices member update – AIFMD II proposal
The European Commission’s new proposal on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (‘AIFMD II’) has now been published so join members of AIMA’s Asset Management and Sound Practices team on Friday, 10 December to hear a discussion around the contents of the proposal and the potential implications on the alternative investment fund management industry. If time permits, the team will also look to update members on other current focus areas.
