Covid guidelines
As part of precautionary measures to better safeguard our valued friends' and clients' health and well-being, we are accepting registration from guests who have received at least two doses of the vaccine. By indicating your interest to attend, you have confirmed that you are vaccinated against COVID-19.

ご参加くださる皆様の安心安全が第一と考えております。ワクチン（２回以上）接種済の方のみご登録及びご来場いただきますようお願い致します。 
発熱もしくは感染症症状(咳、咽頭痛、鼻汁・鼻閉、呼吸困難等の症状)がある場合、ご来場をお控えいただき、予めご了承いただきますようお願い致します。

Note:

• Ticket types are limited due to venue restrictions and safe management measures. Tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis.
• Foreign travellers can enter Japan under special conditions (e.g., a business trip) if they have an entry visa which must be applied in advance through a sponsor in Japan (a foreigner cannot apply for oneself).  AIMA Japan will not be able to sponsor any business travel visa application.  Each overseas participant must complete the visa  process on their own.
