We regret to announce that the AIMA Singapore Annual Forum 2021 will not be proceeding on 21 October due to the rising number of daily COVID-19 cases in Singapore and tightened government restrictions. 1.    I acknowledge that if I am not fully vaccinated or exempted by 21 October, I will have to undergo pre-event testing (PET). I understand that AIMA will provide Antigen Rapid Test (ART) PET services at the venue until 11AM. If I require a PET but arrive after 11AM and am unable to produce a negative ART or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the event I will be denied entry and considered a no show. Please refer to clause 7 for treatment of no shows.
 
2.    I acknowledge that I must produce my vaccination status from the TraceTogether or HealthHub App, or present my valid negative COVID-19 test result or other acceptable documents, along with my original Government-issued photo identification document e.g. NRIC, passport, etc. for identity verification purposes prior to entry.
 
3.    I acknowledge that I will need to keep the TraceTogether (TT) app activated on my phone, or carry a TT token with me throughout the event.
 
4.    I acknowledge that I will need to adhere to prevailing government safe management measures throughout the event.
 
5.    Cancellations and refunds are accepted up to 18 October 2021, 11:59 PM (GMT +8), after which no refunds will be given but AIMA will allow for ticket transfer to someone else by 20 Oct 2021. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Failure to contact AIMA for any ticket changes by 20 Oct 2021, 11:59 PM (GMT +8) will be treated as no shows. Please refer to clause 7 for treatment of no shows. 
 
6.    If you are unable to attend because you are on Stay-Home Notice or you feel unwell, please provide documentary proof [email protected] before the event if possible. 
 
7.    No Show treatment: Due to special circumstances related to COVID-19, seats are very limited. No shows will result in the seat going unoccupied. We seek attendees’ understanding and cooperation that to minimize food wastage and empty seats, no shows will not be accepted into all 2022 AIMA APAC regional flagship forums. However, we understand that no shows may be due to unforeseen reasons and we will reinstate eligibility for 2022 AIMA APAC regional flagship forums with a no-show fee of SGD100.  
 
8.    Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable testing requirements, quarantine measures, vaccine requirements, travel orders, regulations and laws. Furthermore, in registering, attendees agree that they attend the event at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all COVID-related regulations and other restrictions that may apply and will adhere to any COVID safe practice or process implemented by AIMA.
