Catherine Helleux

Ms. Helleux is the Head of Americas Transactions for infrastructure equity with Allianz Global Investors, which she joined in 2017 to help create AllianzGI’s infrastructure equity investment platform for non-European assets. She works closely with developers, energy buyers and other stakeholders to identify renewable energy and infrastructure assets to acquire, leveraging her and the firm’s ability to appropriately assess and mitigate specific construction and development risks. Ms. Helleux has 13 years of infrastructure investment experience, most of it in greenfield energy infrastructure in North and Latin America. She was previously an investment banker in the infrastructure advisory groups in New York. Ms. Helleux has a double MSc. from HEC (France) and University of Otago (New Zealand), is bilingual (English, French) and has working fluency in Spanish and German. She holds the FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.
