Carolyn Cartier-Hawrish joined the Quebec Emerging Manager Program (QEMP) in 2016, after having worked for over 20 years in the financial industry.  Fourteen of those years were spent working within the National Bank Group and three on the regulator side with l'Autorité des Marchés Financiers.  She’s had the privilege of working closely with high-level management in retail investment, fund manufacturing and wealth management.  She has also collaborated with multidisciplinary teams touching many aspects of the industry, namely legal, compliance, operations, risk management, finance, marketing and business development.  Carolyn presently serves on the Emerging Manager Board and is involved with different non-profit organizations. Carolyn graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal with a Bachelor of Management, specializing in Finance and studied business law at Université de Montréal.
