She advises clients on the structuring, operation and distribution of onshore and offshore investment funds, real estate funds and private equity funds. Sarah offers counsel on compliance and securities regulatory issues for all types of securities registrants. She also advises clients on anti-money laundering compliance. Sarah is Co-Chair of AIMA Canada’s Legal, Finance and Compliance Committee.
