NAMR Delivery Head, Private Valuations Services, IHS Markit

Laura joined IHS Markit in 2015 as North America Delivery Head of the Private Valuations Service. In this role, she manages a team of experienced valuation practitioners who provide valuations of illiquid assets, including private equity and debt, across multiple industries and geographies. Prior to joining IHS Markit, Laura managed a portfolio of alternative assets at Esposito Securities, where she was responsible for all aspects of strategy, sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as an investment analyst at BSB Capital, Inc., an affiliate of Beal Bank, the largest privately owned bank in the state of Texas. She was part of the valuation and due diligence department. A cum laude graduate of Principia College, Laura has held the Series 7, 24, 66, and 79 securities registrations.
