Valborg is Founding Director of Borg Consulting (www.borg-consulting.com), a sustainable investment advisory firm set up in 2014 to facilitate dialogue and training in Responsible Investment (RI) practices and ESG integration along the investment chain. She previously worked at principal level of the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund as Legal Counsel and Head of RI. Valborg leverages an extensive network of institutional investors and SWFs globally to help promote and build RI best practices. Valborg is trained as a lawyer in Norway and has a particular interest in regulatory initiatives defining good stewardship and good corporate governance.
