Sheila Crosby

Sheila is a senior associate in the Maples Group's Funds & Investment Management team.  She advises a wide range of financial institutions and investment managers on all aspects of the establishment, maintenance and restructuring of offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and investment fund platforms.  Sheila regularly works with Canadian tax counsel and Canadian managers.  Prior to joining Maples Group in 2011, Sheila practised law in Alberta and British Columbia.
