Brexit - Tax and the alternative investment management industry - Guidance to members

As previously noted, AIMA, together with other financial services sector industry representative bodies, has been participating in a Working Group set up by HM Treasury and HMRC to consider tax aspects of the UK's withdrawal from the EU, particularly where business reconstructions (in the broadest sense) are undertaken to address the effects of regulatory changes.
