This Guide published in July 2017 is the third iteration of the Guide (first published in September 2004) and has now been revised to reflect numerous industry developments in areas such as changes to standards for cyber security, recordkeeping, anti-money laundering checks, etc., as well as new requirements imposed on funds and investment managers by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
