Laura advises investment managers, financial institutions, private equity funds, corporates, as well as onshore law firms on the establishment and structuring of private equity and hedge funds in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands. She also advises on down-stream investments and provides general advice to established private equity and hedge funds.
