Director of Compliance Solutions, Waystone
Leo is the Director of the Compliance Solutions of Waystone focusing in SFC compliance consulting services. Leo’s experience covers areas such as asset management, securities, investment advisory, crypto assets and other financial services.
Prior to joining Waystone, Leo served as the Head of Compliance for several SFC licensed corporations (included asset management, securities brokerage and crypto prime brokerage firm). In addition, Leo, as a compliance consultant, managed a wide arrays of regulatory projects for large institutions & SFC licensed corporations, and led SFC licencing, SFC inspections (actual and mock), compliance gap analysis, delivered compliance training for compliance consulting clients and acted as a public speaker/tutor for HKSI.
Leo holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Cambridge, and is a qualified member of HKICPA and a FRM.
