Associate Director & Sustainability Specialist, IFM
Adelaide is Associate Director & Sustainability Specialist for IFM's Debt Investments team. In this role, Adelaide provides detailed sustainability due diligence on each investment considered by the Infrastructure Debt team. She also assists in product development around sustainability opportunities such as the NextGen Infrastructure Credit strategy and closely collaborates with the firm's central Sustainable Investment team on matters related to impact investing and climate modeling, among other topics. Prior to joining IFM, Adelaide was a Vice President at Newmarket Capital, where she led ESG initiatives and worked closely with investment team and business development. Adelaide currently serves as the Chair of the Fixed Income Investor Network’s ESG Task Force and has held positions with UN PRI Securitized Products Advisory Committee, the Global Impact Investor Network (GIIN) Investors Council, and the IACPM’s Climate Risk Steering Committee and Securitization Regulation Working Group. She has spoken at over a dozen industry events regarding securitization and sustainability, and she recently served as lead author on a white paper in the Journal of Structured Finance regarding the integration of ESG into securitized products.
