John was appointed as Head of Nomura Asset Management Hong Kong in September 2022, and is responsible for developing Nomura Asset Management’s (“NAM”) business in the Greater China area. He joined NAM in July 2007 and has held several different positions in the Japan and US offices, including corporate planning, global business strategy and quantitative research & development. John graduated with a Bachelor in Science from the University of Tokyo. He is also a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan Holder (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) chaterholder and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) holder. In addition to his responsibilities at NAM, John has been appointed a Board Member of the International Expert Advisory Committee of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC) for the 2024-2027 term, where he is dedicated to advancing the asset management industry in China.

刘铮于 2022 年 9 月获委任为野村投资管理香港有限公司的主席，执掌野村资管香港公司在大中华地区的 所有业务。 他于 2007 年 7 月加入野村资产管理株式会社东京总部，并在总部和美国纽约分公司担任过多个重要职务， 包括企业规划、全球业务战略和量化投资与研究资深债券分析师。 刘铮曾于 2012 年 8 月至 2018 年 9 月 负责野村集团在中国的战略布局与扩张，成立了在中国的合资公司及独资私募公司； 作为首席行政官于 2018 年 9 月至 2022 年 8 月在美国工作期间，重组野村资管在美洲的业务布局与战略结构，并领导与美 国战略伙伴的深入合作，进一步强化了公司在美洲地区的品牌形象；2007 年 7 月到 2012 年 7 月在量化 投研部，创建了公司的一套特有的投资风险系统分析与量化检测模型。刘铮在日本生活和工作近 30 年。 刘铮毕业于东京大学，拥有理学士学位。他拥有多个专业资格证书包括 CFA（特许金融分析师）、CAIA （特许另类投资分析师），FRM（金融风险管理师），和 CMA（日本证券分析师协会特许成员）。刘铮 精通日语，中文与英语。 除了在 NAM 的职责外，劉錚还被任命为中国保险资产管理业协会（IAMAC）第三届（2024-2027 年） 国际专家咨询委员会专家委员，致力于推动中国资产管理行业的发展。
