Craig Luton

Craig is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Singapore office. He advises on the structure, formation, launch and maintenance of hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds, as well as downstream private equity transactions. He also has experience working with mutual funds being offered to Japanese investors.
