Jeff Cohen

Jeff Cohen has management responsibility for the incorporation of environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters within the firm’s investment processes as well as other sustainability initiatives at the firm. He is a member of OHA’s ESG committee, risk committee and a member of OHA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Mr. Cohen is also the Vice Chair of the ESG Integrated Disclosure Project, and member of the Principles for Responsible Investment’s Private Debt Advisory Committee. Prior to joining OHA, he was the Director of Capital Markets Integration and Head of Private Investments Initiatives at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Foundation (SASB). Mr. Cohen earned an M.B.A. from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a B.B.A from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Additionally, he has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Credential holder.
