Nicole Dyskant has over 20 years of experience in the legal, compliance and regulatory fields within the financial and capital markets, in different roles and positions, both as internal and external counsel. She currently serves as Global Head of Legal & Compliance at Hashdex. Prior to that, she was founding and manager Partner with Dyskant Advogados law firm and Co-founder at Compliasset, a leading and awarded regulatory compliance software. She has also served as a Partner with ACA Compliance Group, founding ACA Compliance Brasil and was former Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Ágora Broaker dealer at the Bradesco Conglomerate.
Nicole Dyskant earned her law degree from the PUC-Rio, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance (MBA) from IBMEC-RJ, and a Certificate degree in Financial Services Law from New York Law School. She also has been certified as a Regulatory and Compliance Professional by the FINRA Institute at Wharton (CRCP) and as a Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Currently, invited Professor for the LL.M on Corporate Law and Capital Markets regulation of FGV Law Program, Societário Academy online Course, and several specialization and extension courses.
