Nick Guano

Nick Guano is the founder of NGPD, a communication coaching company that was established in 2024. He has trained to Senior Practitioner Level with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
Prior to launching NGPD, Nickworked at Goldman Sachs for over 25 years.
At Goldman Sachs, Nick was a Managing Director and held several leadership positions, including Global Co-Head of Capital Introduction, Head of Corporate Access Europe and Head of Prime Origination Strategy for EMEA.
Nick joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 after graduating from LSE.
He was born in Italy and has lived in London, New York, Sydney and Singapore. He speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and (when irrationally confident) some broken French.
