Tie Lei is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at First Plus Asset Management, responsible for all structured credit investments of the firm. Prior to founding First Plus, he was the Head of ABS and Asset Based Lending at LibreMax Capital in New York City, managing a portfolio of over USD 1 billion.
