JASON ROGERS / PORTFOLIO STRATEGIST

Jason is a Portfolio Strategist at Bridgewater Associates, where his work focuses on how machine intelligence is reshaping economies and markets, and how the firm applies it to its own investing. Drawing on 14 years of experience with Bridgewater’s systematic macro investment process, he regularly meets with many of the world’s largest institutional investors to share his perspective on the global economic and market outlook and discuss how Bridgewater invests on their behalf. Jason has also worked on founder Ray Dalio’s research team and on the firm’s Emerging Markets team, where he focused on China. Before joining Bridgewater in 2012, he was a researcher at a Toronto-based think tank. He holds degrees in physics and economics from McGill University and the University of Toronto.
