Head of Multi-Sector Private Credit, Neuberger Berman
Louay Mikdashi, Managing Director, has joined Neuberger Berman in June 2022 as a Head of Multi-Sector Private Credit. He leads the portfolio management, investment research and development of opportunistic private credit strategies, which are designed to invest flexibly across the alternative credit spectrum. Louay also co-chairs Neuberger’s Public Private Investment Committee, which brings in investments leaders across public and private markets and serves as critical forum to shape thematic and relative value views.
Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Louay was the head of an opportunistic alternative division at BlackRock in EMEA, where he helped build and expand an investment franchise that invests globally across alternative asset classes and across the capital structure. Prior to joining BlackRock, Louay was the Global CIO of the Alternative division of Santander Asset Management and co-ran the Global Investment Committee of the firm as Chief Investment Strategist.
