Catriona Cole

Catriona is a partner in the Asset Management Department at Matheson, specialising in fund formation and financial services law. She is based in the firm's New York office and advises many of the world's leading asset managers seeking to access European capital using Irish fund structures. She advises on all aspects of the structuring, establishment and regulation of Irish funds throughout their life and across the full spectrum of asset classes. She has extensive experience in both UCITS and alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on private credit.
