Matt is the APAC Head of Funds & Investment Management at Clifford Chance.
Matt has extensive experience establishing private investment funds, including in particular hedge funds and private real estate funds, advising on fund structuring and legal and regulatory aspects. In Asia since 1998, Matt has worked on some of the largest hedge fund launches in the region. He also acts for institutional investors on their investments in funds and separate accounts.
Matt is a member of the global AIMA Council (Board of Directors).
