Kate Mulligan

Kate is Managing Partner of King Irving, financial services lawyers. King Irving are specialists on fund structures and AFSL licensing and compliance. Kate is an Independent Director of the Australian Payment Networks Limited (AusPayNet), Australia’s payments industry body. She is the Chair of their Governance Review and Payments Review Committees and also of the AusPayNet Stakeholder Advisory Council. She was an independent Director of netwealth and Chair of its Audit Committee. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Arts from Monash University, is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales; she is also a GAICD.
