Dr. Dequan Wang is the Founder and CEO of Governance Solutions Group (GSG), a China based ESG data, research, and solutions provider. Before founding GSG, Dr. Wang was the Greater China Managing Partner for an international law firm. Dr. Wang currently serves as an expert of the Green and Sustainable Investment Committee of AMAC, an expert advisor of the ESG Committee of IAMAC, and Vice Chair of the Sustainable Investment Committee of HKCAMA. He holds a B.A. from Peking University, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and a Doctor of the Science of Law (JSD) from Stanford University.
