Matt Fletcher is the founder and Managing Director of MSC Group. Now in its 10th year, MSC was established in Melbourne and now also operates out of Sydney and Singapore. The business specialises in services to fund managers – providing trusteeship to retail and wholesale funds, corporate debt issues and fintech, we well as fund registry, administration and accounting services. Prior to running MSC, Matt had a banking career focussed on structured finance and investment banking. This background has underpinned MSC’s ability to innovate as a fund services business, provide flexibility around capital structuring and support particularly to alternative asset managers.
