Senior Associate, Travers Smith
Nick is a senior associate in the Travers Smith financial services team which he joined in 2017. He advises on a broad range of regulatory topics including business line licencing and structuring, fund marketing, regulatory perimeter issues, prudential requirements and SFDR and other ESG matters. He mainly works with international asset managers who cover a broad range of investment strategies in both the institutional and retail spaces.
