Josh Leonardi is a Managing Director in Prime Finance Sales at UBS. Josh specializes in providing financing and investment solutions to global hedge fund managers and institutional asset owners. Prior to UBS, Josh spent nearly 7 years at TD Securities where he most recently served as the U.S. Head of Prime Services Sales and Capital Introduction. Josh began his journey in Prime Brokerage at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he spent over 7 years. First serving as a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for the Prime Brokerage business before moving to Goldman's Capital Introduction team in 2015. Josh started his career at Fried Frank in 2006 where he was an associate in the firm's Asset Management practice and focused on the structuring and representation of hedge funds and other alternative investment funds. Josh received a B.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University and his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School.
