Matt is the Founder & CEO of MG Stover & Co., a full-service fund accounting & administration firm built by former auditors and fund operators to deliver world class solutions to the alternative investment industry. MG Stover supports a wide range of clients which includes hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, family offices and broker-dealers. MG Stover is the largest fund administration firm for digital asset funds. Matt started his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a FINRA Series 27 license. Matt is also a global Director for the charitable organization, Help For Children.
