Managing Director and Head, Cowen Digital and Cowen Derivatives Sales & Trading
Mr. Forman is Managing Director and Head, Cowen Digital & Cowen Derivatives Sales and Trading. He is responsible for further expanding Cowen’s institutional derivatives capabilities. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Forman was Co-Head of Sales and Trading at Macro Risk Advisors (MRA) where he helped run the firm’s trading desk. Before joining MRA in 2012, Mr. Forman was a senior derivatives trader at Nomura Securities. In addition, he previously worked as a derivatives trader at JP Morgan during which time he was named a “Top 30 Under 30 Trader” by Traders Magazine.
Mr. Forman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Yale where he graduated cum laude.
