Investment Director, Woodbridge
Terence Lapsanas is Investment Director at Woodbridge Capital, and an executive member of our Responsible Investment + ESG Committee where he helps lead the firm’s active loan management capability across its growing private credit platform. He joins from Deloitte, bringing deep experience in financial risk management, fixed income strategy and most recently, emissions reporting under Australia's new Sustainability Reporting Standards. Terence focuses on delivering strong credit outcomes while building long-term borrower relationships, supporting the firm’s hands-on oversight of every loan in its portfolio and its broader mission to set the benchmark for Responsible Investment + ESG transparency and stewardship of capital in private credit.
