Kelly is the CIO of Coinbridge, a real-world asset (RWA) investment and advisory platform focused on bridging institutional finance and onchain capital markets. Previously, Kelly served as CIO of Avenir Group, a multi-billion-dollar crypto-focused family office, where she oversaw digital asset investment strategies across liquid markets, venture, and emerging onchain opportunities.
Prior to Avenir, Kelly held senior leadership roles across both traditional finance and digital assets, including Portfolio Manager and Head of Research at Decentral Park Capital, Head of Product at Fidelity Digital Asset Management, Head of Research at CoinDesk Indices, and investment leadership positions at New York Life Investments and Goldman Sachs. She has over 16 years of experience spanning macro investing, quantitative research, digital assets, and institutional product development.
Kelly holds a Master’s degree and ABD in Operations Research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Peking University. She is a CFA charterholder and frequently guest lectures on crypto and quantitative investing at Columbia University and other academic institutions.
