Stephen’s passion for branding and design led him to launch branding firm Stepworks in 1994. He and his team of wholehearted brand builders have contributed to countless brand strategy and creative development projects, helping ambitious global and local organisations bring about lasting positive change. Stepworks’ clients include startup and established funds, VC firms and large financial institutions. It was team Stepworks who were responsible for putting a smile on the faces of Hong Kong’s beloved trams. Stephen currently serves on the boards for the charities Matilda Children’s Foundation and Viva HK.
