As a Partner at Wellesley Partners, I lead Hedge Funds and co-lead Banking & Markets. My work sits at the senior end of the market: portfolio managers, desk heads, regional and country heads, and the C-suite roles that shape how a franchise performs.

Before Wellesley, I held Partner-level positions at Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Options Group, building one of the deepest networks in the region across the buy-side and sell-side.

What I do well: confidential senior search where the brief is hard, the talent pool is small, and the cost of getting it wrong is high. I work with clients who want a partner rather than a vendor — and with candidates who treat a move as a five- to ten-year decision, not a CV update.
